Today I bring you a review of the Horizon E75 Elliptical Trainer. The Horizon E75 is an older Horizon Fitness Elliptical and ships to homes in the continental United States for just under a $1000. There’s a lot to like about the Horizon E75 Elliptical Trainer and but I also have a couple gripes. Read my Horizon E75 Elliptical Trainer Review and make an informed choice!

Pros
Horizon re-releases most of their units every year with a new design that takes advantage of new innovations in fitness. The end result was an elliptical trainer with built in speakers for plugging in your IPOD, (Or just about any other MP3 or CD player.) Built in IPOD Support is one of the reasons why Horizon Fitness is one of my favorite fitness companies making elliptical trainers today.

A lot of people prefer elliptical trainers over treadmills because they’re extremely quiet making them ideal for people in apartments or condos. People who buy the Horizon EX75 Elliptical Trainer are extremely satisfied with how quiet their elliptical trainer is to operate. There’s a reason why the EX75 is so quiet and happens to be one of my primary reasons for recommending the Horizon EX75 Elliptical, well designed moving parts that provide smooth motion. If you’ve bought an elliptical before and got discouraged because your workout seemed to exhaust you before you got started, there’s a decent chance your elliptical trainer was rubbing, causing awkward movement and possibly making a scraping sound.

Cons
The Horizon EX75 Elliptical Trainer is a well made machine. I don’t hear about mechanical defects which means they’re extremely few and far between. The only thing I think should be improved in this model is more fitness programs. Horizon Fitness has corrected this with the Horizon EX76 Elliptical, and if it’s really that much of an issue to you, check out my review of the EX76 Elliptical.

Final Analysis
I like the Horizon EX75 Elliptical Trainer a lot. The MP3 player jack and built in speakers are an incredible pack in but. More importantly, the Horizon EX75 has an incredible feel, making long workouts as comfortable as humanly possible. The EX75 has been discontinued, but remains readily available. Your Sensei suspects the EX75 Elliptical will go on sale at Amazon, check in on this website now and then, I’ll post something if I see a price drop.

Oh, and if you want the same performance of the EX75 Elliptical but don’t like the look, check my review of the Horizon EX76 Elliptical. You get the same top notch motion and the ever popular IPOD jack at the same price.
