It’s been a long week. I have been taking care of puppies we named Jet Pack and Shuttle after their mother Rocket. Jet Pack is particularly troublesome, she always manages to find a way out of her play area! Getting down to business, the Horizon Fitness WT951 Treadmill is nearly identical to the Horizon T83 Treadmill. How are these Horizon Treadmills different? Read on and find out.

Pros
The Horizon WT951 Treadmill has two distinct advantages over other Horizon Fitness Treadmills; a magazine holder and a built in pedometer. Users can store books, magazines, or other exercise aides such as wireless heart rate monitors. The built in wireless pedometer tracks your step count for accurate exercise measurements.

Cons
There’s just a single con to the Horizon WT951 Treadmill. The On/Off switch is inconveniently located towards the bottom of the treadmill. Not too big of a deal if you’re young and fit, but if you’re older it could be a bit of a hassle.

Final Analysis
The Horizon Fitness WT951 Treadmill is reasonably priced and includes enough features earn 4.5 stars out of 5, just shy of a perfect score. The wireless pedometer is an extremely rare feature in any brand of treadmill and serves as a testament to Horizon’s commitment to innovation and delivering value to the consumer.
