You can even purchase eight week training programs that are sure to help you get peak condition.
One last thing I'll mention is that the Proform 790T Treadmill comes with a full two year parts and one-year labor warranty. A two-year parts warranty is pretty much unheard of for treadmills under $1000 as nice to see that there is at least one company out there that goes the extra distance to deliver value quality to the consumer.
